A seat on Arham Yog is membership for a set number of months. While the seat is active, every live class is included. It is not a pack of session credits and it is not a medical service.

You join class from the portal with the morning link sent to your WhatsApp number. Do not share that link. Hosts (Arham Mitra) and admin use the portal to open the room and keep seats in order.
